| The "ROH" rate is $75/n weekdays and $95/n weekends (per room for up to 2). Breakfast is included. ROH= Run Of House (No specific room assignment. Best available room depending on availability) Our Classic Standard Double rooms include two double size beds. The bathroom has a large walk in fully tiled shower, picture windows. Ground floor and second story garden views. The room is Air Conditioned. |

| Our Ocean Front Double rooms features 2 double sized beds with handmade wooden frames and headboards. Breathtaking ocean views and large picture windows to complete this beautifully appointed room. The bathroom has a large walk in fully tiled shower. The room is Air Conditioned. Our Ocean Front Cottage is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The view is absolutely amazing! It is next to our fresh water pool and our BBQ area. It has 2 large walk in fully tiled showers and is Air Conditioned, ceiling fans. Queen sized or double beds are available. Rates year round: $195/nightly for up to 4 persons. Rates do not include Ecuador VAT (tax) of 22%. Room rates for certain Holiday periods are extra. TRANSFERS: $75 each way for 2 from Guayaquil airport by our secure drivers with late model vehicles. (Note: There is an additional charge for pick ups between 7pm and 7am) Current specials: 10% DISCOUNT for stays of 5 nights or longer. Group Discounts are available.
